Shocking service

I'm still waiting for my bank charges to be reversed and all efforts of doing this have fallen on deaf ears, I have been speaking to a Team leader on email and all I get is " Your query has been escalated and we will get back to you and this is the 3rd week - please reverse those charges, do not even bother calling me as its not going to go down well. I'm thinking of moving
