Shocking service delivery From FNB Private Banking

<p>I have been banking with FNB for the past 19 years and am also a Private Banking client. Until about a week ago, I was a happy FNB client, not too much to complain about. I however have now unfortunately had a run in with FNB and my so-called Private Banker. My seeminlgy simple query about an autopayment that has not been done, has now escalated to the CC division calling and harrassing me - after my so-called Private Banker **** about speaking to the CC division and making arrangemnts. Well Mr so-called Private Banker - they have no notes or calls documented of you speaking with them regarding my query. Also, you are never available when I call and never return my calls. Pathetic service to say the least. People like you give Banks a bad reputation and drive clients to competitors.</p>
