Shocking Service

I am extremely livid with the ********** experience I had with FNB Insurance brokers this morning. I was on the phone from 8h10 to 8h45. The lady I spoke to was rude, interjected every time and lack listening skills. I requested to speak to her manager I was put on hold for fifteen minutes and I ended up terminating the call it is an hour later no one has bothered to call me.
