Shocking service

FNB forex has really messed up - my business did a forex transfer on 7th December 2022 which I was deducted from my account and they kept saying they were waiting for the POP to be generated meantime someone had cancelled the transaction and not advised us. They finally credited our account and I had to do it again. I still don't have the POP and the money is not in the recipients account. They are a nightmare to get hold of and the complaint I laid, was marked as 'completed' on 30th December however, this is still outstanding.
