Shocking Service

I am at a restaurant trying to pay for a family meal. FNB have suspended my whole banking profile. My credit card is deleted from my profile and my whole bond facility is removed. Upon calling the bank they advise that it is because I am not FICA compliant. This is all good and well, but no warning nothing and my banking profile and accounts are suspended. This is an absolute disgrace.
