Shocking Service

The shocking level of unaccountability of FNB staff is shocking I’ve never been so disgusted!!!! No one still knows what to do the Branch Managers are pathetic they promise to help and never resolve anything I have many open complaints with fnb from charges, e bucks credit card to name a few current ref ***NF it’s still going around in circles what are you paying your employees for if they can’t help with the simplest tasks your disregard for customers is overwhelming the staff lacks customer service if you could invest maybe more on them they would MAYBE and MAYBE BE ABLE TO DO THEIR JOBS
