Shocking Service

I used FNB to register a business with the CIPC in 2014.

I tried in vain for months to get my documents from FNB and eventually gave up. I now want to open a business and due to FNB incompetence I am unable to because FNB hold all the details for my login at the CIPC and nobody at FNB can help me retrieve the documents or login details.

This is pathetic
