Shocking service - can’t reach collections department. Hours spent on a call and no avail from anyone!

Shocking service - can’t get hold of Collections department. Spent 2 hours at FNB centre trying to get hold of collections department and no avail. This is not how banks or client call centre services should function! Please call me back urgently to resolve the matter
