Shocking Service by FNB

On Wednesday 20th May I visited FNB Lifestyle in Centurion after I had made a call to FNB and was advised to walk into the bank personally to resolve the issue with the closing of my FNB Business account. I met a branch manager there by the name of Dora Mohlopi who was absolutely not helpful instead she referred me to an sms which was sent to me in 2019. I got very upset that she had to refer me to something that was that old which I did not remember anyway! my business account was closed because it had the amount of R420.04. I picked this up as I wanted to transfer the money into this account and realized it was removed from my profile and the worst part of all this I got an sms from SDK ATTORNEYSN that my account has been handed over:) I got very shocked by this, now I am being told by FNB I have to re-apply for my business account. why would someone not call me I could have sorted this out and I did not know I will loose my account for this? Do FNB customers know that if they have a balance on their FNB Business accounts for less than 3 months they will loose their accounts? the service I received from the branch manager was shocking and I got a call from Dumisani Phiri, contact no *** who claims to be a Business manager who told me I can leave FNB if I want to as this is my choice. I could not believe this! so FNB does not care this much to tell their customers they have a choice and can leave if they want to? this has shocked me even more!!!!! I wonder if the CEO of FNB would support this kind of service coming from his senior staff and how could in this time of lockdown FNB just choose to close our accounts??
