Shocking Service - Business Sales Team

I have been trying to open a FNB business account for close to a month now. They keep on telling me they will call me and my directors back but NOTHING happens. Literally have been transferred to about 5 different consultants when I call in and NOBODY knows what is going on. The level of service at FNB is beyond disappointing.
