Shocking service at FNB Rivonia Village

We went to VFS Global on Wednesday 27th MARCH to do a visa application for my daughter. we needed a Commissioner of Oath to certify/verify our signatures on the one form. we went downstairs to FNB Rivonia Village as on of the other mother's in our group also did. We don't bank with FNB and neither does the other mother. When we asked the Bank Manager he refused to assist us. We were told its only a service to FNB Customers. Why is he a Commissioner of Oath!! We then went to STD Bank who was more than willing to assist us. (by the way , we don't bank with Std bank either!) I will never Bank with FNB if this is the type of attitude they have! Well done to Standard Bank!
