Shocking service at FNB FOREX

I've been an FNB customer for many years and have remained loyal to the brand despite years of pathetic service but now it's time to leave! Fnb forex has been notoriously bad for years with no improvement in sight. We arranged our forex to be collected at FNB Greenstone, even getting to E private banker to call ahead the day before to confirm the order was ready, which she received written confirmation for. Only to arrive on the day of collection to be told that they do not have the currency we require. They were aware of it from the previous week as they were having delivery issues but DID NOT COMMUNICATE ANY OF THIS TO THE CUSTOMER! We were met with complete apathy from the teller, however the manager did try to track down some currency unsuccessfully. Fnb forex is absolutely unprofessional and unable to deliver a simple service. When forex is ordered, you receive no confirmations and have to seek out your own assurances. Communication in that department is non existent! Their service has declined drastically over the years hence FNB and I will definitely be parting ways
