Shocking Service and Nothing has changed

FNB still has not resolved any of my issues. I have tried opening a RA account, apply for insurance and move my home loan but no one seems to assist. This has been on going since the beginning of December. Even after my initial complaint a week ago nothing has changed. Apparently being a Private Client with FNB means nothing. A week ago i made a complaint on Hello Peter and actually got some attention but that was short lived as nothing has changed. If none of these issues have been resolved by the end of the week i am, moving over to another bank who already has a package personalized for me and just needs me to sign!
