Shocking service and feedback

A few months ago I opted for a lower bank charge with less transaction fees, as I basically only use EFT's . Suddenly there is extra charges which amounts to the original amount. What is the point. I send numerous emails, receiving auto responders and promises of being contacted. Even a missed call on my phone which only rang twice. Shocking sevice
