SHOCKING SERVICE!

Trying to get hold of FNB to activate new business card received as the options they give you to activate the card just does not work. The number provided says the telphone number you called is not available plrease try again later. Then you send a message and you get a response to call, but you cant get hold of anyone. First card same issue, so we thought let reorder the card and guess what, there is no way to activate the card. How on earth do you provide a service that DOES NOT WORK. On the app it says NO CARDS LINKED TO THIS PROFILE. ON INTERNET BANKING NO OPTION to ACTIVATE THE CARD, ONLY A CANCEL OPTION. NOW WE HAVE BEEN CHARGED R120 FOR A NEWS CARD THAT WE NOT ABLE TO USE!!!!
