Shocking Service

<p>Service at Fnb is shocking!!! Staff at Randpark Ridge Branch are shocking...changed my account to Northgate branch and lots of promises but no action. However I must commend the service of Nikita....extremely pleasant and efficient. Been waiting for a refund for a month now ...which should have taken 12 to 24 hours...lots of promises of phone calls from *Thomas*....but guess what????? Still waiting...............</p>
