Shocking service

I have been a customer of FNB for 47 years. They announced last month they were withdrawing their petrocards and with it the 24 hr roadside assistance. I decided then to cancel and close both my credit card and my petrocard. On phoning them last week I was told I needed to go into a branch to cancel them. Yesterday I go to a branch only to be told it needs to be done telephonically and oh, they were offline!! Nationally!! This is just crazy and exactly why I no longer want any FNB products!! This all takes time I will never get back!
