Shocking service

I recently moved from Absa to FNB. I was a Absa Platinum account holder. I had my own Banker to sort out problems if I had any. Now I must phone a call centre with People who cannot help me anyway. I asked when I opened the account for my debit orders to be changed. I dealt with Rita de Klerk at your N1 City Branch. She arranged everything. On 22 June I got a call from debit order switching saying that my banker (Not me) must re-send the debit order form. I then contacted the Premier bankers who could not help me. I then contacted Rita at FNB N1 City again. She said she would re-submit the form. On the 27th I noticed that one of my debit orders tried to go off Absa and this Morning I noticed that my bond was also still trying to go off my Absa account. This all failed because I transferred my money to FNB and there isn't sufficient funds in my Absa anymore. I then checked my FNB account and noticed that my debit orders are not going off. I then phoned premier banking again. They once again could not help me and they put my call through to debit order switching. They then told me that they spoke to Rita and she did not re-submit the form as asked. They also said that even if she re-submit today, it will take 3 to 6 weeks to switch the debit orders. This is an unacceptable timeframe. Now I must run around and try to fix things? Is this how you treat your premier clients? I am totally disgusted.
