SHOCKING SERVICE

Have been trying to send an e-wallet for 2 hours - FNB's reasoning is that I don't use my computer on a regular basis. Please note that I work off the computer on a daily basis and use the FNB online services. I drive home to sue may personnel laptop, same issue!!! As from today, Ive had this issue - no notifications, absolutely nothing. FNB try offer their cellphone banking - Consultant tries to register me. Next thing the consultant advises me that the Cellphone banking is down. They can't offer my any other form of transferring the cash besides sending an EFT. What an inconvenience
