Shocking Service
I have been a customer of FNB for over 10 years and I am now thinking of moving to a different bank. FNB has downtime causing errors too often. I have in the last month not been able to find a working FNB atm in Centurion which means that I am constantly having to use another atm and being charged for this! And now, my salary is not allocated to my account due to errors. Which means if my debit orders bounce I am to carry the cost for that as well. Absolutely shocking. So disappointing from the self titled \top\" bank. "
