Shocking service

I have been a client at FNB for more than 20 years and within the past 2 years their service leaves much to be desired. Shifted from one department to the other, holding on for g*d knows how long, calling difference numbers for different divisions and these Bot preferences are enough to drive you insane. What on earth happened to personal customer service!!!!!
