Shocking Service

FNB digital banking is absolutely terrible. I've been calling them since Monday. I've completed 3 different forms. Been sent from pillar to post. On Friday they still can't help because the department that handles transactions is different from the call centre. The call centre is just there to answer and apparently cant help with anything. Changeables my foot. The one call centre dropped the call on me.
