Shocking service.

I bank with FNB and have been trying to apply for a home loan with them. The women assigned to us was absolutely useless. She requests wrong documents and then replies that we sent her the wrong documents. Then she keeps finding another reason to delay. Our offer to purchase is almost expired and we still waiting. Absolutely shocking service from a bank with a long term client. Might just switch to a different bank after this experience. Standard bank and capitec both completed the process within 4 days.
