Shocking service
No action taken ,FNB complicit in *****. I have tried to contact FNB via phone and e-mail and they simply do not answer either. What happened to the reports I read about FNB being responsive. Clearly in my case not true. If it's service you need from a bank steer clear of FNB

One short complaint to Hello peter about FNB and the lazy people at FNB jump around.
