Shocking service

I had to dial their call center 3 times before I actually got through a call center agent.

Then I had to verify all, and I mean all my details.

It took the agent at least 5 minutes to update my details, that's real strange as the only change was, they still had my employers name which I had left 10 years ago.

To add injury to insult I took out the loan in 2020, 4 years ago.

What is also really strange is that the call center agent was able to give me the settlement amount for my loan on the phone, but it would take 2 to 5 working days for them to email me a confirmation letter of the same settlement amount
