Shocking service

HI Venterstad Bowling Club *** We have tried since the 23rd January 2023 to get the signatories of the Venterstad Bowling Club changed: A Mr James Matlou had promised to get to us but too date nothing. Shocking Service. I sent a reminder e-mail on the 26/1/2023 and again on the 06/2/2023. But too date not even an e-mail. So yes FNB staff promise to assist but that is where it ends. No respect for clients at all. Shocking service.
