Shocking service

i have now been waiting just over 2 weeks for fnb to incease my limit on my credit card after 2 verbal complaints a complaint on the website and aswell as another complaint here on hello peter I have had it. The excuses I get from fnb about how my complaint has been escalated to the appropriate department is ******** if it had I would not be complaining but I am because nothing has been done about it , im tired of the excuses I dont want to get a phone call from a call centre I want to speak to a manager or someone who knows how to do their job , sort it out or im moving banks and going to the newspaper.
