Shocking service!

I went under debt review and was instructed to cancel all debit orders with my bank. this I did at a cost of R50 per debit order (only debit orders under R200 can be stopped on online banking, for debit orders over R200 you have to go in to the branch). FNB still allowed the debit orders to go against my account and then charged be R100 per debit order for every unpaid debit order as a result of insufficient funds, this AFTER the debit orders were ALL stopped.

FNB loans department debited the loan amount as soon as there was money deposited into my transactional account, despite being informed that I am under debt review... In total, after the charges for unpaid debit orders and my FNB loan being deducted (no longer legally as I am under debt review and these installments form part of my monthly debt reveiw installment) I am now out of pocket / short by R3000.00 and they are still allowing the stopped debit orders against my account which means that I am still incurring charges as a result of their negligence.

You cannot get throught on the number you are told to call...

I will NEVER recommend FNB to anyone - it's definteley a case of "how can we NOT help you"...
