Shocking service

I app**** for a credit card. First call im told its declined because I had just upped my RCS credit. Second call its declined as there is something on my husbands name but i should send paid up letter. Third call Im told there is nothing on my husbands name - it will be escalated. Fourth call - follow up to see whats happening, nothing anywhere that i app**** for a credit card. Today - fith call im told there is documentation needed and i should submit. I have been a client of FNB for about 10 years. I find this conduct ********** and has completely put me off FNB. I will be moving my business elsewhere. Your staff are not educated enough by FNB in how to handle customers.

I have received two calls since logging my complaint. Now i have a totally different story and apparently a wait of up to seven days so that one department can show the other department that a "loan" I had years ago has been paid up.
I am horrified also at the amount of complaints on here and this entire exercise seriously puts into question why I am still with FNB. Not for much longer....

Yesterday morning I receive a call from FNB saying they have sorted out the issues (nothing outstanding on my side) and someone will be calling me from the Credit Card Department to load my details...(which they already have) Im still have not heard from them, this whole process has now gone on for two weeks. Seriously disappointed in the lack of follow up and execution of this process.
