Shocking service

Open a credit card.Have it for a few days,it’s approved according to the documents submitted and delivered.Then a massive amount disappeared out my account of over 600 000 rand which I don’t even have.They block the card.I wait hours to report it as *****.Then have to drive to a branch and whilst explaining my situation,just get told to go to the phone and phone the ***** department.Then a new card is issued.Everything seems fine,seem to have everything under control then another unexplained amount that gets blamed on a companies late banking goes out my account.Then I get a call that my card is blocked as I didn’t supply enough proof of income.I question the 600 000 ***** and get told,no they just do that (FNB).Then I wait another 4 hours to get an explanation of how many deposits were made out my account 3 days prior to me seeing my balance as positive.Again waiting at least 4 hours.Does anyone know how to use a phone and sort issues out on the phone?Shocking service
