Shocking service

For the past year, I have had to log complaint every month as I am not receiving my eBucks rewards for my Netflix subscription. It has always been manually allocated and I log a complaint for it each month. This is itself is bad service, as I shouldn't have to do this every month. I have confirmed that I am on the spousal pricing option and get passed from pillar to post every month between FNB and eBucks because no one knows how to sort out the problem. I logged a complaint (ref ***) on the 11 May and someone did contact me from eBucks (I think the lady’s name is Kim) to investigate the issue. I then logged a further complaint (ref ***) on the 12th June, but no one has contacted me and the May issue has still not been resolved.

It is now the 9th July, almost 2 months later and I still have not received the rewards or feedback.

I emailed eBucks on the 2nd July, have not even received a reply. It is sad that one has to resort to logging complaints via these platforms in order to hopefully get some form of service from one's own bank.

This complaint is STILL not resolved. There was a flurry of activity the day that I logged the complaint here. Simon from eBucks got hold of me the very next day and confirmed that they would attend to the backdates and contact me during that week to confirm. They then sent me an sms that same day to confirm only one month's backdate was processed?! Simon advised that either he or a teamleader would contact me but no one has. I have not heard a word further from them, only one month was backdated, but there are another 3 months outstanding! I have responded to the sms sent by eBucks, emailed the the care email address, emailed ***, rep**** to this complaint, but it is impossible to get any response! Terrible service.
