Shocking service

After my previous review about bank charges, I conversed via mail with Zanelle Julius. She gave me the different options and explained what each one entailed. I opted for Pricing option 1. Suddenly R249 was deducted off my account yesterday. I WAS NEVER INFORMED THAT THERE IS A CHARGE. Luckily I now have a paper trail as all was done via mail and not phone. Please refund that charge, as I was not informed of it beforehand.
