SHOCKING POOR SERVICE

My husband had a stroke and was hospitalised. I received an sms to say payment of R32.27 was due on the 23rd December 2019 of his petrol card. My sister tried endlessly to effect an eft without success. By 2.30 on the 23rd I decided to call FnB card division. I spoke to over 15 people who pushed me from 1 to the other to the other...all I wanted was to pay the 32.27. Eventually I was told that I can only pay via Interne inter account transfer. I was tired of explaining that my husband had a stroke with loss of memory. I was cut off over 5 times. I was then told I can pay inside a bank. I then enquired what I should do to cancel ...the gentleman said I may have AA assistance with the card and not to cancel. It was then too late to me to check on the aa s I was on the phone from 14.30 ...it was now 16.45 my office was closing. I arrived home called again ...after speaking again to numerous people to enquire about AA and cancellation of card no assistance. Please how do i cancel ...this card it is of no use. My h7sband will n9t be able to use it. I have established my husband does have an AA policy not linked to FNB. I am shocked ....an organization of this calibre handling our monies...poor service ...almost tantamount to low or no assistance. I still need details on how to go about cancelling this card. To avoid charges for a card not being used

Disappointed customer

I once again have a problem. 8 was given a settlement amount to bec0sid TODAY 6th January 2020. The teller is refusing to accept the moneyear despite giving the call centre reference. I made over 10 calls with success to speak to the branch or a supervisor. Staff putting the phone down how does a branch operate without taking a phone call. I am so glad I'm NOT a FNB account holder. Disgusting service. I am also glad that I will be closing All my husbands FNB accounts.
