Shocking payments system and shocking service - money just vanished with no resolution!

I'm really fed up with FNB service ❗ This is my second complaint in under 2 months 😖 A payment from my FNB account to my Absa account via PayShap has been “pending” for 24 hours despite PayShap being marketed as "instant". I logged a complaint, was assured it would be resolved today, but it’s now after hours on Friday and my funds are still missing with absolutelty no resolution or confirmation. This is beyond unacceptable for a system meant to enable fast, secure payments, and it raises serious concerns about accountability when customers are left without their money going into the weekend. What kind of joke system & service is this!? I am speechless!
