Shocking Pathetic Service from Ebucks. 1 month and no delivery as yet. Clueless and useless call centre agents.
I would like to find out regarding my ebucks shop order ********** 8.
I have ordered the above on the 9th of October 2017. THAT IS OVER A MONTH AGO!!!!!!!!
I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER!!!!!!!!!!!
I am DISGUSTED by the SHOCKING AND PATHETIC NON SERVICE by ebucks.
TOTALLY ***********!!!!!!!!!!!!! Call centre agents are totally useless and never return calls.
I DEMAND that my order be Delivered ASAP or CANCELLED and my ebucks REFUNDED ASAP!!!
