Shocking NO service

I have tried to get hold of the Forex department for two weeks now and can never get hold of anyone on secure chat….waiting for over an hour and no answer- I’m in the UK and will be stranded without forex if I don’t get hold of them and cannot wait any longer. Service is SHOCKING!
