Shocking NO help for you!

"How can we help you?" - For a bank that has such a slogan, they have absolutely outdone themselves in NOT helping you. There has been no communication, bad advice given and zero replies to email queries. At a time when the entire country is trying to recover, FNB are incapable of helping customers consolidate their debts and make payment plans, despite all the promises to the contrary. I have been a customer for 15 years and have just moved my banking. I am extremely disappointed to say the least. Reckless, Callous and extremely unhelpful would be a better description.
