Shocking! ***** on my online banking.

I had to report two *****ulant incidents in two days time. Both times my online banking has been accessed by someone. Yesterday money was transferred from my credit card into my debit card and two "purchases" were done to a bank in the UK. How is this even possible!! I have immediately cancelled my cards and phoned the ***** department, who only answered after about 15 minutes. The lady at the ***** department did not believe that it wasn't me who made the transactions. Very little assistance from FNB. My money is no longer safe with them!!!
