Shocking FNB service

We were the latest victims of a ****... When we went to FNB in Richards Bay both the Managers there made my Wife feel extremely guilty and told her how bad she is and that it was her mistake... They refused to assist her in any manner to finalize a reversal. We are both loyal customers to FNB and this is the worst experience we have ever experienced. I am shocked and embarresed to say I am an FNB customer. When trying to phone FNB on the contact us number the phones just rings and then it says the user is not available and no messages could be left. I am disappointed in this.
