Shocking FNB service
2 Years ago we added my wife onto my credit card. We went into a branch and app**** for a second card To apply we had to provide them with her ID document which at the time we did.. 3 weeks ago I get an email from FNB credit card division saying they don't have the second cardholders detail on file and they would need it, to be rica compliant. I scanned it and send it to them. They asked me a week after that again So went back on the email and realised that I send them my wife's new ID with Her new surname on . I Apologized for the fact mistake and send them her old ID. FNB still went and deactivated her card after I’ve send them her information. This was 2 weeks ago. It seems that FNB service is just as bad as the South African Home affairs department where you will wait 6 months for them to get back to you if they ever do!!
No need to phone me! Please just reactivate my wife's credit card. It's shameful how you treat your customers. Just remember without them you are an empty shell!!
