Shocking FNB & PayPal Service

Shocking service from FNB and PayPal in setting up a PayPal account. Two weeks to verify FICA documents and I am sent from one business unit to another. Multiple calls, emails, complaints and my account is still not set up and loosing revenue daily.

NB: Small businesses think twice before doing online business via PayPal. We have lost multiple opportunities and revenue.
