Shocking FNB call centre service.
My experience with First National Bank call center is horrible. I get transferred from pillar to post... all I want to do is close a Revolving loan. I do not want to visit any branch to action a simple instruction! Can someone from the relevant department phone me asap!!! I phoned this number ********** 000....
