Shocking!Fnb call center stuff was swearing on line!!!

<p> I called ********** 404 and i choosed option 1 for gold card enquiery. i was waiting on the line more than 10 min but no success.nobody answered!!!And i tried to call again. This time i waited 10 min then call center consultant on the phone didnt answered phone and he put the phone on the table.Most probably he forgot to put his hand on microphone so i heard everything!!!he was chating with his friend next to and he was swearing all the time.!this is just shocking.after minutes he realized i was on line and he answered me and i learnt his name is Ashley.i was insisted to learn his full name but he just hung up the phone down!i am going to overseas i was just going to make sure my check card open for overseas transection but i just got SWEARING!!!Shame on You ASHLEY!Rather then answering customer having a chat on your shift.!I can see how FNB is wasting my money with useless stuff like you!!!Just a big Shame!!!</p>
