Shocking FNB Business Service

Waited for over 25 mins to speak to a FNB Business consultant!!! For two days straight I have tried to get hold of a consultant to get my business account opened. On hold..... I am regretting this switch. My whole experience of opening a business account with FNB has been appalling. Non stop backwards and forwards from the minute I started the process.
