Shocking fnb
I have requested a settlement letter for over a month now. I received an email from Lauren Landy with confirmation of discounted amount. I just want to settle!!!! Why is this so difficult

28 Mar 2026, 16:44I have received a written discounted settlement from Lauren Landy. Please do not send me the incorrect settlement amount letter again as this has gone on for too long now. I have kept all emails I have sent to FNB including a settlement letter addressed to a completely different person, not me. This is a huge POPIA concern.
