Shocking FNB

After 4 months FNB done nothing to assist on a case handed to them. It took myself to handle the situation and eventually got the refund. On the day of the refund FNB Life decided to take a premium of my account after cancelling my services with the in December 2020. After speaking to a consultant he said that I can cancelled again but no refund will take place. Absolutely shocking. Be warned, FNB are there to ***** not to " how can we help you" If you consider changing your bank please think before contacting FNB. Worse decision you would make
