Shocking experience with a business account

I have been trying to open a business bank account since last year , initially I did all the documentation and sent it via email through to them and after a few weeks of no response - I enquired about the progress and got told 'no there are still outstanding documents' , these documents being ones I had already sent through but they claim to not have received them. I then proceeded to go into the bracken city branch with all the documents on hand so that they can't finish the process while I was there. I was told that all the documents I provided were accurate and that the account is now open and active. Now a few weeks later I go to make use of the account and pay my workers and I get an error saying 'the account is inactive or has insufficient funds' after phoning the call centre I got through to an unhelpful business banker who tells me the account is on hold because they still need proof of residence which I had already submitted 2/3 times - and because it is a Sunday no one can help me activate the account even though they claim to have 24/7 business assistance. Honestly this is terribly service and I would not recommend this to any other business owners the hassle is really not worth it! Now for the third time while on holiday I have to wait to contact FNB again on Monday to activate the account for the 3rd/4th time. I honestly don't understand why there is such a lack of feedback from there side and why it is so hard to open an account.
