Shocking delivery service

I am perplexed at the fact the FNB has decided to appoint Takealot for FNB cars deliveries. I thought CCD couriers service was bad but Takealot is even worse! I received a call from the Takealot driver at 16:12 advising me that I can collect my card at Zevenwacht mall after I received numerous sms confirmations that the card will be delivered to my address. I made all the arrangement to receive the card and refused to accept the “order” to collect my card at the branch, the lady was unprofessional and extremely rude when I advised that I was going to report her she put down the phone. Needless to say my card was delivered! How many other clients do they put out by ordering them to collect at the branch!!! Ridiculous!!! FNB, Takealot courier service is going to hurt your brand!
