SHOCKING Customer Services

<p>I called on behalf of my wife who contacted FNB on numerous occasions to have her monies paid back to her account for over 2 weeks. I spoke to a Darren on Reference Call RG ********** 6715 who was abrupt and handled the call very unprofessionally. </p> <p> </p> <p>I expect that my query will be attended to and that I will receive feedback in this regard from FNB after the call has been listened to by his superior. </p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks</p>
