Shocking customer Service, late/no delivery, intentionally lying to customers

I saved ebucks for close on 2 years, and spent them on a television. I receivied a notification to tell me the tv would arrive within 2 weeks. After the date passed I called, only to be told the TV was out of stock, but that they had taken steps to ensure they had the TV by a specified date. I called them the day before to confirm delivery, and they confirmed it would arrive.

I took a mornings leave, and waited.... and waited.... and waited. Eventually I called in, and got pushed form person to person with no explanation.

After my 3rd call, I was told someone would call me back shortly to explain. Nobody did. Called again, this time I was told the TV was not in stock, and they would need to order (a direct repeat on the same story I was told previously). I told them I would like a substitute TV, as I was informed by a consultant that this was an option. They then told me a manager would call me to explain, and repeatedly told me they would call back within 10 minutes. 40 minutes later and still nothing I called again.

I've now wasted a crazy amount of time and airtime on the phone with ebucks and FNB. I wasted a half days leave, and nobody seems to care that FNB **** straight to my face over and over again.
